What makes an artist?

What makes an artist? In my opinion artist see what others don't see... There not scared of judgment of there work... They create something that they can relate to or have experienced.. Some art might be better than others but remember art isn't all about what you see it's about how it makes you feel ... Thats what I've learned so far
